The Cookie Book: Decadent Bites for Every Occasion, by Rebecca Firth, Page St Publishing, 2018.

Food writer and photographer Firth (displacedhousewife.com), whose recipes have appeared in Bake from Scratch magazine, delivers a debut of extravagant cookie recipes with ingredients that are readily available. Firth's easygoing style leads the baker through each step of a recipe and includes many tips that enhance the baking process. Volume 2 features a variety of cookie recipes made using a homemade flour blend developed by ATK - great if you prefer to prepare your own.
