The Library offers a variety of programs and events for kids at all three of our locations.  For a calendar of all upcoming Children's events, follow this link and click on the radio button labeled "Children" in the top left hand corner.

Storytimes usually follow the schedule below, but sometimes there are exceptions.  Be sure to check our online calendar of events for the latest information.

• Central Library
  • Storytime for 3 to 5 year olds: Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
  • Storytime for 2 year olds: Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
• East Branch
  • Preschool Storytime: Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.
• West Branch
  • Preschool Storytime: Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. at the Somerville Community Baptist Church, 31 College Ave (enter through the back door off Morrison Ave.)
