Somerville High School Gay/Straight and Gender/Sexuality Awareness Alliance (GSA): This is a group whose goals are to stop hatred, increase respect for diversity, and educate other students and the community about LGBTQ+ issues. They aren’t just about being gay; they are about meeting new people and making friends. They have interesting discussions, watch movies, play games, eat snacks, and more!  All are welcome.  Advisor: Julia Post, Room 337, Somerville High School, 81 Highland Avenue; Somerville, MA 02143, (617) 625-6600, ext. 6100

Trevor Project (Text, Chat, Phone): The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24.
