Cultural Passes offer free or discounted admission to local cultural attractions, and are available to all adults with a valid Minuteman library card.

Patrons may borrow one (1) pass per day, and may borrow each pass one (1) time every month.

Most passes can be picked up at any library location. No appointment is required at the Central Library.

If you would like to pick up your pass at the East or West Branch, please schedule your pickup at least one (1) week prior to your visit, to allow library staff time to send your pass to the requested branch. Call the Reference Desk at (617) 623-5000 x2955 to arrange a pickup.

Some museums and cultural institutions have COVID-19 vaccination or negative test result requirements. After reserving your pass, please make sure you visit that institution's website to ensure you're in compliance with their rules and have the necessary documentation prior to your visit.

Please note, a number of cultural institutions require visitors to pre-select an entry time, or reserve tickets in advance. Ticket availability may be limited by the institution.
